At last, my favorite Batman villian of all time, now in a mii form of my own. Though I modeled him more after how he appears in Batman Begins. I love this character because he has such great influence over his victims, and truly has a unique take on the human psyche. He stands out amoung Batman villians because he harnesses the power of fear and uses it to his advantage.
