I guess my expectations were too high on this one. So, even though I was aware of some of the shortcomings of the game, I was still disappointed by the lack of on-line capabilities as well as the reduced number of players as compared to the 360 and PS3 versions.

I was not expecting the game was also going to fall short by not providing a create player option and was extremely disappointed by the lack of options the game provides.

The game only provides a very weak "party game" option, a career mode which has been extremely simplified and a "tutorial" menu that only repeats the on screen tutorial that the game provides when you are playing as compared to actual practice tasks.

I guess it is maybe a first step on the "right" direction, hopefully the next version will improve on the many shortcomings of this first TS3. Definitely still a long way to go for to achieve perfection...

It takes a bit of time to master the game but once you do, beating the AI is fairly easy. I like the fact that you control the movement of your player and the direction of the shots with your nunchuck, besides that Wii Sports Tennis to me still provides a higher "fun factor" when playing with friends.

I guess I just gave it a 3, because I like tennis and besides all this I still play it once in a while... probably also because it was a present from my lovely wife!

The game play is a little slow and the controls are a little unresponsive.

You definently have to get used the the game before you can enjoy it much.
