ich mag nur die balance spiele^^
Whether you are in video gaming is besides the point.
This is the perfect vehicle to have friends & family get involved in a fun healthy way.
From the yoga exercises,to the strength challenges, everything is designed to push you to the next level without the need of feeling inadequate.
I couldnt believe how i was out of breath for the advance run w/ur mii trainer. Maybe its just me but with this game alone, Nintendo may have more than enough firepower in their arsenal to slay one the the other 2 systems out there.....or at the minimum put one on life support.
GO OUT & GET IT.
Baance board is totally cool
good price ($75)
Go Get it!!
The strength, yoga, and cardio games are all good. The strength and yoga tend to stretch out your muscles, leaving arms and legs sore. The cardio games are also very good, and can break a sweat if you treat them like an exercise. You can also accompany your training by using arm and leg weights (like I do). The balance games do not do much for a workout, but are good as a breather in between.
One of the biggest downfalls to Wii Fit is its concentration on stretching, particularly yoga. I would have been happier if the game was entirely cardio, like a modern-day exercise video. Also, many of the exercises last a mere minute or two, and there is no way to create a string of exercises together, so you will be wasting time as you go through menus to select the next activity.
While the game itself may not be perfect, the balance board is. It accurately measures your weight (it also takes clothing into account) and your BMI. The balance board is the key to this package, as it enables future developers to see the short-comings of Wii Fit, and create a more Western-based exercise game that will concentrate on cardio and fat burning.
btw. I wouldn't call it much of a "game"
I needed something that would keep me doing push-ups and sit-ups. The gym or the weight room whever doesnt really help, so I thought I'd give WEiifit and try and have been playing everyday since!
May keep boring as time goes on (like anygame does) but I think I might keep quite some time out of it yet.
just after 4 days, I already feel like my governator! RAAAWRR!!
*I may update my review on a latter date*
nice game, makes you want to work out
A fun way to get fit.
Buy, Buy it, or at least try to Buy It if you can find one
its good for ur health but not fun to play
amazing the best wii gAME
This is a great fun way to keep fit and get good use out of your wii. The new wii balance board is a good piece of technology. this game is better and more fun when played with all the family as you can compete and try to get that top spot on skii jump or snowboard slalom. It is also a great way for older people to get some excirsize, as they may not have the energy to go out of the house but with this game you dont have to you can go for that jog indoors, and without all the wetwindy weather.
Great idea for a game, nearly flawless.
i love it because it might be nastey outside and i can workout in my house
erm.......... Alright
Very funny to play with family
