Let's take something good and make it even better. Better graphics, voiceover work, more interaction, and co-op! You can't beat this title.
I gave the first one four stars because it was fresh and enjoyable. The second one is also good, but nothing was really changed. The game is identical except for the new co-op mode. I like it, but they could have made it a little different from the first.

This game is a medical surgery simulation. Two characters are playable, most of the time. They are Markus Vaughn and Valerie Blaylock. They both have the healing touch.

co-op mode:Two players are allowed to this game, simple has that

Rating might actually be low, because Trauma Center really is a brilliant game unlike anything else I've played on the Wii.  A soap opera story combined with great use of the Wii remote and excellent co-op gameplay make this a title worth trying for just about anyone, but that doesn't mean everyone will love the game.  The idea of a surgery-based video game doesn't sit well with some people, the quick jump in difficulty will turn others off, and lower replay value that some of the other great Wii titles available mean that I can only recommend this as a rental to start with.

That said, if you like Trauma Center then you will probably *really* like it -- so take a chance and give it a shot!  I'm certainly glad that I did.  :)
