if you have a DS, this is the game you have to get. possibly the best mario kart yet. new courses as well as some flashbacks of classic tracks from super mario kart (SNES), mario kart 64 (N64), super circuit (GBA), and double dash (GCN). online play made this game way better as a multiplayer game. the only flaw: when playing against an opponent via download play, the person without a game pak can't choose characters except shy guy (who isn't available in single player). to be played wiith more than 1 pak for multiplayer.

A fantastic game, and pretty much everything you could want from a Mario Kart game on the DS.

Retro tracks are an amazingly awesome addition, and the number of tracks it's outstanding. It would have been nice to have more online options, and the "snaking" constanly can be annoying, and all I hope is for a wider variety of matchmaking options in future versions.

So far (at least) this Mario Kart is the best one of them all. Plus, this game is the first game in the Mario Kart series to have Wi Fi.

Great Game, would totally recommend it to everybody. Its fun, and I completely beat the game. LOVE IT.

well it has its limits because when you beat all the mode and missions thare is nothing else to acomplish,this is a great game that has a fun wifi gameplay that makes it easy to kick japaniese ass

so overall this is a buy

Mario Kart games are always awesome and this one's no exeption. Plenty of content to keep you entertained and Wifi makes it even better.

Still the best. The challenges are lots of fun. Letting us use bots in multiplayer battle is great! Ahh the memories from the classic tracks. Doesn't get much better.

great to play on the go and love the wi-fi feature it aug.25th 2007 rite now and not to many people play wi-fi anymore on Mario kart ds

Very good addition to the Mario Kart series. The Wi-Fi makes it awesome, because you can verse people from Japan! Graphics are ok, but the game is good so 5'd.

This game is fun everyone should have. I've never gone online with it, I guess I probably should. By the way, best kart is easily the Dry Bomber.

Comments: I can't snake. I just can't pull it off. That means I get owned in Wi-Fi play constantly. I hope the Wii Kario Kart game will improve upon this by adding a meter that quickly drains when a Mini-turbo is used and slowly fills up so they can't be string together for a snaking technique.

I loved it because of the amazing wi-fi and how fun it was to play other people. it was kinda like double dash and the only thing fun is playing other people.

Fun as fun can be, would have liked to see more characters, not as good as DoubleDash in my opinion, but overall a good game.

Probably the best Mario Kart game so far. However, it will get beat out by Mario Kart Wii come Q1 of 2008. It has some really good tracks that can be a real challenge. I also like how you can play cpus in battle mode. Over all, AWESOME game.

This game rulz! A must get for all DS owners!
It has a variety of characters and vehicals
and it has special cups that let you play courses
that are from past Mario Kart games!
This game kept me occupied for months and is still
keeping me occupied. I give it a well deserved 5/5
and ounce again it's a must get!
