Overall this is a must Buy!!!
1. No voice chat.
2. The game isn't always online, so you can never
see when your friends come online
3. You can't invite people to play
4. You can't watch someone else's match while
waiting to join it
5. Friend codes
6. It lags when you're playing someone too far away
7. Friend codes
8. No global leader boards
9. No downloadable content
10. The inability to play custom stages online
11. Friend codes
12. No online level ups or achievements
(as in COD4)
13. And of course, Friend codes
Bet you're wondering why I gave it 5 stars huh? Well, it is a Smash game after all. Could have better though. Darn Friend codes.
Cons: Friends codes Suck, No Voice Chat, No Text Chat, No Leaderboards.
This game was great. It had a lot of variety and many things to do. The only problem was, for some reason, I got bored with this way too fast.
Ok so... this game is BADASS. But as with any game is does have it's shortcomings:
Subspace Emissary is long as hell so have some free time if you plan on playing through it in one day.
Loading time can be quite a pain in the rear but this is a huge game so I forgive.
Once you pop in the disk you will be required to update your Wii.. it's a real quick update though.
Also, for all you Gamecube boyz/girlz who are dependent on the GC Controller, I was one of you till I discovered the Nunchuck/Wii Remote combo. I don't think I'll be playing with a GC Controller for quite sometime. It takes a bit of getting used to mind you, kinda like going from a baby bottle to a tippy cup.
**SPOILER**
If you don't dive right into the actual single player mode yet and you play a few rounds of vs. with a friend "not via WiFi", keep playing vs. and Ness should be the first character you unlock.
Super Smash Bros. Melee kept our Gamecubes warm for 7 long years. Super Smash Bros. Brawl serves as a reminder why I love Nintendo.

Also, there is a stage editor and daily downloads of stages made by others and videos and Snapshots to take and share!
Ppl, please add my friend code. Msg me and I'll do the same!
The Best Wii game in my opinion
Buy it now, its a must have.
