Wario has the ability to fool people and you can use his air attacks fairly low on the ground. He also has a fair recovery range (If not, better that Diddy Kong's recovery range) since his Wario Waft has the ability to actually "kill" both Wario and the people near him. Why would it kill him? If an fully charged Wario Waft was released in Final Destination after he double jumped, of course the fart explodes but it launches Wario off the screen so it is better to fart on the ground or below ground level for recovery. If Wario jumps off his Bike, that jump is more higher than his regular jump and you can do a double jump after that which was unexpected since the Bike itself can be dangerous or can be used as a laser spam shield(AKA: Wario Bunker). You can duck behind the Bike for an momentary relief from laser spams, and MOST projectitles. The Bike does decent damage and might be useful to finish off super high percentages, even if it doesn't hit them. Why, you say? If the Bike falls off the stage, you can jump and do an mid-air attack or suicide attack(not quite the same as Wariocide). Suicide attacks is when you kill your opponent but you just can't recover after that attack(Some crazy Meta Knight users does this). Wario's Chomp has No flinching properties(correct me if i'm wrong)so it can catch Ike's Side-B move. Wario's Fsmash or Side Smash has super armor but it doesn't last as long as Ike's Aether but you can be sure that you won't fly off during the attack. The last thing Pro about Wario is that his Mid-Air Side attacks moves horizontally so you can run in one direction, short hop, move to the opposite direction for like a split-second, and press A = An backward attack. There are many other things to consider about him but here are the Cons. If you leave his Bike, he can't use it in the time of need so don't break his Bike unless you're afraid that it can kill you. Wario is in the slow group for running speed. Wariocide kinda sucks, not as good as Kirby's or King DeDeDe. His Wario Waft sucks when it's not charged. He's not pleasant to look at, and his Down-Smash takes too long like the other attacks.

If you jump and do a mid-air down-a attack in a split second, you get an multi-hit attack that can go left or right. Again, this technique is best used to fool the opponent so you should keep it as an minimum so you can keep the attack range from small to big as the damage racks up. His mid-air up attack can be useful in a juggling game since it does keep them up in the air but you must be aware that the other character can hit you from above so keep that as minimum also since if you don't you'll be spamming. The last two things that I'm covering about is about Wario's side-a attacks while standing and squatting.The regular side-a attack is better used at the edge since it's weak but faster and more farther reach than his side-smash. The squatting attack is effective on a edge, it can knock people off well.

I think Wario and DK should stay in Mid. There are more capable characters for high tier.
