how are they cheap? I admit, Lucas and Ness have like 2 spammy moves, but who doesn't? the only cheap use I can think of for Zelda being cheap is spamming her >B but not everyone spams
lol wtf diddycide is so hard to pull off i think diddy is one of my mains and you gotta be freaking hugging the person already with 1 person falling and 1 going to the side its hard to do and plus you can catch the bannanas and in the heat of battle i only use bannanas after i kill someone when i have time to pull them out.
and kirby is not cheap either if you say kirby is you cant say jiggypuff is either jigglypuff and kirby are a good matchup IMO

Characters that don't have an attack that can be used forever isn't cheap. Pit's side b and A attack is infinite, His side b slightly works as a reflector, and he have one of the best up b. He is cheap...and I take back what I said that Zelda, Ike, Snake, and Marth is cheap but Sheik, Diddy Kong, Pit, Fox, Falco, Meta Knight, Ivysaur, Kirby, Ness, Lucas(his down A attack), Mr. Game & Watch, King DeDeDe, Lucario,(the lucario's black hole glitch), and Captain Falcon is cheap...well, Captain Falcon isn't that good at spamming attacks so he's off the list.

pit: like said before spammy b move with little recovery time after use so you can attack before your apponent recovers thus not letting you attack.
the side b lasts not forever but a very long time and if spammmed is very annoying.

i think he kills to easy none of his moves are cheap but he is way to strong

diddykong one of my mains can never kill at the % that lucas can he should be slightly slower all around except for U smash i think lucas has the power of a medium weight.
Olimar: Very quick, very versatile, packs a lot of power, and has a lot of options, whatever the situation may be. The only downfall is the tether recovery, where he is easily edge hogged. But with good DI, this can be overcame. Olimar could take a spot at number 1.
Wolf: The closest thing to Melee. Extremely quick up and down, nice aerials, nice spikes, nice camping capabilities. Very quick and sometimes unexpected moves. Viable for best character.
Pit: Commonly played 3 ways. The first is eh. Spam arrows, then kill. Second is nice. Use the moves with continuous hitboxes to keep your opponent where you want him to be. The third is a mix of both. Very good character overall with a nice recovery.
Ike: Omigosh Ike. He has a killer N-air, which you can abuse because of the lack of lag, and go for the comboes. The back air comes out in like no time, and he has a lot of KOing options. Great character.
I agree with I Am An OverWeight Waffle about the God Tier list (Ike,Snake, and Omilar) but I also think there is some characters that have an equal chance of killing Ike, Snake, and Omilar.(I not sure what character has an easy time to fight Snake.) Omilar is vulnerable with the Ice Climbers's Side-B attack spam when they do it individually. Omilar can't grab, and throw Pikmin as well during the Ice Climber Side-b spam. When Omilar grabs one of the Climbers, the other one has a good chance of hitting them with the Side-B spam or use a quick smash attack on you. The B-Attack "almost" works as a Mr. Saturn, and the Down-B can also stop the pikmin from comming to you...and Ice Climbers has good hitting power but the downfall is that you need to time when you use the smash attack since it has less than average launching power. Ike's Side Smash isn't as strong as King DeDeDe's Side Smash, His Down Smash is also stronger and faster, If King DeDeDe uses Swallow near the edge just when Ike was charging the Side-B near him, Ike just falls off the stage. King DeDeDe has a longer recovery range but less stronger than Ike's. His B-attack is as strong but doesn't have the super frames and launching power as Ike's B-attack. King DeDeDe's Side-B cancels out Ike's Side-B. They have their similarities so King DeDeDe should have a fair chance fighting Ike. For Snake, I have no clue...but Wolf is kinda good against him.

Vey flexible.

Great recovery and a fast long-range attack.
Top tier-
Luigi and Metaknight- Good combos
Jigglypuff- Godlike when the opponent has high damage. Also good recovery. But other than that, very weak.
Kirby and Dedede- Good for n00bs to use because of the suck, jump off cliff, spit out, recover technique. (Very cheap)
Wolf- Just overall good.
Fox and Falco- Exteremly good Final smashes.
Dr. Mario- Like Mario but a little harder to master.
Gananondorf- Godlike if masrered, but hard to master.
Sheik- Overall good.
Middle tier- Everyone not listed.
Low tier-
Olimar- Hard to master and overall weak.
Snake- Too hard to control unless mastered.
Pichu- Would be better than Pikachu if it didn't kill itself. (Masters only)
Mewtwo- Slow, weak, crappy recovery, easy to KO, no meteor smash, and innacurate attacks that leave you open for a stronger attack.

If I would have a personal Top 4, it would be:
