I've been thinking about this for a while and I finally came up with a good moveset. Picures of his moves are on my user images. Standard Special- Blizzard. Pretty much same as Ice Climber's down special but bigger. Down Special- Thunder. The exact same as Pikachu's Thunder. Side Special- Dragon Rush. Kind of like Fox's Side Special but slower and smaller range. And finally his Up Special (Recovery)- Fly. He goes upwards and a little forward then glides.

Dragonite is the most popular dragon type pokemon. He is also the second most popular flying type pokemon. Second only to Charizard. So he has a pretty good chance if I find Sakarai's E-mail.

Ben they already said Dragon Vs. Person Combat wouldn't work with Ridley so why Dragonite?

look dude the chances that Dragonite will be in Brawl are so minimal that there's more of a chance that Leon S. Kennedy from Re4 will be a character than him...and no he is not cooler than Charizard we already got a dragon pokemon with Charizard why would we need another one?
thats 7 pokemon and there's is talk of Lucario that would be 8 characters from pokemon...thats too much as it is...putting Dragonite in Brawl would be as pointless as putting Hitmonchan in Brawl...they are not even going to put him in a pokeball...the only dragon that will be in Brawl will be Charizard and Hopefully Ridley but that sir, is about it!
