Console Messaging

Console Messaging is a service that makes use of the Nintendo Wii email system. The message board on your Wii system menu does more than track your bowling record and play times, it also allows you to communicate with your friends and other Wii players. MiiPlaza.net is the first to offer you the ability to utilize this system from the web. It's easy and free... Sign up for an account, make some friends (or get your friends to sign up) and add "friends@miiplaza.net" to your Wii Address Book.
Your messages will be received on your friend's Wii accompanied by the user picture used on MiiPlaza.net. Sending messages is easy. Links to message users are scattered everywhere. You can also receive friend requests from these pages on your Wii, so if you don't have anyone to message yet, sign up, upload some creations, and in no time you will!
"Wii Choose the News" Newsletter
Once signed up for Console Messaging, you'll have the option of receiving the "Wii Choose the News" newsletter, a daily, weekly, or monthly update on the top news story as voted in the Wii News section of the site. We'll expand on this functionality as time goes on to deliver cool and wanted news to your message board. "Wii Choose the News" is a work in progress and is therefor in Public Beta for a time until we get all the kinks worked out.
MiiPlaza.net introduced Console Messaging in December of 2006.
